"Am I going crazy?"

You don’t have to settle for feeling like you're going crazy and your body hates you. (I can assure it doesn't…you just need to learn how to treat your body as it changes…much as you did when you when you were younger and you started going through puberty).



Our bodies change as we enter perimenopause and menopause….and our approach to health and fitness has to change with it. About a year ago I was convinced my body hated me and was doing everything possible to work against everything I wanted to do.



I took control of my body and changed my exercise routine to work with my hormones. I got my stress under better control and changed my diet to increase my metabolism and burn that stubborn belly fat. Once I understood how my body was changing and what I had to do to change then things started to get better.



I know change can be hard, but it has to feel better than you do now, right?



I am ready to show you, if you are willing to learn. You can finally feel like yourself again.
